TPL FIT BRIT Bootcamp is led by Coach Brittany Lane and is based on our 3-point formula to get you focused inside of class and out! It combines virtual HIIT workouts, outside of class activity on your Workout Plan, and following our weekly challenges. This is a focused approach to get you healthier, fitter, stronger, than ever before!


In this program, you will have access to 12 group HIIT workout sessions with Coach Brittany as well as suggested workouts for your days outside of class!
