- Dumbbell curl with press x 15
- Burpees x 15
SUPERSET 2 (3 rounds)
- 1 end barbell squat & press x 15
- Mountain climbers x 15
SUPERSET 3 (3 rounds)
- Dumbbell drop squat x 15
- Jump squats x 15
