CIRCUIT 1 ( 4 rounds)

- In & Out Plank x 15

- Mountain Climbers x 15

- Kettle Bell Swings x 15


CIRCUIT 2 (4 rounds)

- Jump Squats x 15

- Jumping Lunges x 15

- Wall Jumps x 15

CIRCUIT 3 (4 rounds)

- Bicycles x 15

- Sit ups x 15

- Reverse Burpees x 15
