3 x 15 Seated Leg Curls
3 x 15 Leg Press
3 x 15 Abductor Machine
3 x 15 Adductor Machine
3 x 15 Glute Push
If you're looking for an extra push, you can superset your exercises with a 30 second round of Jump Squats between each set!
