EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

- Yoga Mat


WARM UP:

10 min Cardio (Running, Jogging, Walking)

CIRCUIT 1 (3 rounds)

- Reverse crunch x 25

- Burpees x 10

- Bicycles x 25

- Burpees x 10
