WARM UP:
10 min Cardio (Running, Jogging, Walking)
CIRCUIT 1 (3 rounds)
- Reverse crunch x 25
- Burpees x 10
- Bicycles x 25
- Burpees x 10
CIRCUIT 2 (3 rounds)
- Oblique Raises x 25 (L&R)
- Burpees x 10
- Russian Twist x 25 (L&R)
- Burpees x 10
CIRCUIT 3
- Toe Touches x 25
- Burpees x 10
- Sit ups x 25
- Burpees x 10
