TOUGH TUESDAY: CIRCUIT MADNESS

P.S. Circuits are meant to be preformed in their consecutive rounds before moving to the next circuit.

EQUPIMENT NEEDED:

- Dumbells of choice

WARM UP

- 10 min cardio (Running, Jogging, Walking, HIIT)


CIRCUIT 1 (5 Rounds)

- Plank with row x 12

- Plank hold (45 sec)

- Plank Jacks x 12


CIRCUIT 2 (5 rounds)

- Sumo Squats x 12

- Jump Squats x 12

- Reverse Lunge x 12


CIRCUIT 3 (5 rounds)

- YTI's x 12

- Shoulder Press x 12

- Hammer Curls with Press x 12
