As a Softball Instructor, I challenge my athletes to grow mentally and increase their level of performance on the softball field. Each session brings them closer to meeting their future desires to become collegiate players while also helping them understand that may of their softball skills will/are transitioning to lifeskill that they'll carry as a part of their character for the rest of their lives.
As a Personal Trainer, my goals for my clients is to meet them where they are and encourage them to learn new movements that will take them to the next stages where they can challenge their body to grow in the areas of stability, strength, and endurance.
As a Nutritionist, my goal for my clients is to teach them how they can live a healthy life without needing to incorporate cheat days and emotional eating that contribute to later guilt and changes in mood. Food is delicious! Let's find balance together and make it a lifestyle; no diet can be led for life.

As a collegiate athlete who has played sports for over 20 years, I always wanted to give back to the community. I have coached collegiate ball, started a travel ball team and coached at the high school level.
As I grew as an athlete and coach, I found that so much of our daily lives are centered around what we eat and how we move our bodies. This drove my passion to become a personal trainer as well as a nutritionist.
My belief is that I can help not only softball athletes but people of all ages who want to learn how to move their body, meet fitness goals, and change the way they eat.
